Dave W. Murnane Sr. was born in North end Columbus, Ohio. His family moved to 133 S. Wheatland Ave in Columbus probably around 1924. Grandpa Ted’s oldest brother Jack owned the house and rented it to Grandpa Ted. Grandpa Ted moved out and Mame moved in with Meyer. Grandpa Ted bought a house at 115 S. Wheatland and they moved in to that house in 1931. He raised their family there and then moved to 722 N. Nelson Rd. in late 1946 or early 1947.

Grandpa Ted and Grandma Ellen moved to 138 N. Gould Rd. and lived there several years before moving close to Bexley, in Columbus, Ohio and lived there until their deaths. Grandpa Ted died in 1976 in Veterans Hospital in Childcothe, Ohio at age 80. Grandma Ellen died in nursing home close to mike in 1987at age 90. Grandma Ellen stayed in her house on Gould Rd. until she fell in Late 1986 while under the care of a live in caretaker. She insisted on staying in the Gould home while her children supplied money for an around the clock live in caretaker for several years before she had to go to the hospital. She was in a nursing home for only a few years.
